Hi' I am Rakhvin Kaur
Rakhvin is committed to providing holistic and family-centred care, collaborating closely with families, educators, and other professionals to create supportive and empowering therapy experiences. She believes in tailoring her approach to suit each child’s unique strengths and needs. She is a DIR Floortime Practitioner (basic) and has also undertaken training in the Co-Op Approach, Ready Rockets Resources curriculum, and Kelly Mahler’s Interoception, The 8th Sense: The Science of How We Each Uniquely Feel. Rakhvin is currently progressing towards a Certificate in Ayres Sensory Integration to further deepen her understanding of how children process sensory information in everyday activities.
With extensive experience supporting paediatric and young adult clients, Rakhvin has worked across public, not-for-profit, and NDIS-funded settings. Her clinical expertise includes working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (including those with a PDA profile), ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, and various neurological conditions. She has a strong passion for early intervention and is particularly interested in supporting school readiness and promoting meaningful participation for neurodivergent children across home, school, and community environments.
Outside of work, Rakhvin enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, and trying new arts and crafts!
