Hi' I am Rachel Gangemi
Rachel completed a Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Curtin University. She has experience working in both the public and private sectors and within schools.
Her special interests include school aged language, literacy (reading, spelling and fluency), early intervention and Developmental Language Disorder. Rachel is trained in Talk for Writing, the Sounds Write Literacy Program, The Shape Coding Program, The Lidcombe Program for Early Intervention of Stuttering and Learning Language and Loving it (Hanen).
She enjoys tailoring therapy to the needs of her clients and adopts a functional, family-centred approach to therapy. Rachel is committed to empowering children in their communication goals.
Outside of work Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter, reading, swimming and enjoying time with friends.
