Claudia Wagenaar

Claudia completed a Bachelor of Speech and Language Pathology with Honours from Curtin University and has experience working in both public and private sectors.

Her special interests include speech sound disorders, early language, fluency and early literacy. Her passion lies in fostering children’s confidence and unlocking their potential. She believes in family-centred therapy, empowering families to feel equipped to complete therapy at home and making speech pathology engaging and enjoyable.

She is trained in Hanen It Takes Two To Talk, a program that is tailored for young children who have language delays, the Lidcombe Program for Early Intervention of Stuttering and the Sounds Write Literacy Program, and is equipped to address various language challenges in young children.

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys spending time with her husband and little boy, indulging in delicious food, swimming and being out in nature.
